Meet Sarah Weber

From day one, my career has revolved around understanding and improving the lives of dogs. I’ve worked in nearly every corner of professional dog care, including grooming, managing boarding and daycare operations, and handling dogs in high-performance training environments.

At the Penn Vet Working Dog Center at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where I served as a Shift Lead, I developed advanced expertise in obedience training, behavior modification, and working dog development. That experience, combined with years of hands-on training, has shaped my approach to helping dogs and their families succeed together.

At Furry Elite Dog Training, my mission is to help dogs and their families build clear communication and lasting skills they can use every day. Working with dogs throughout Montgomery County, PA, I create training programs that take into account each dog’s genetics, breed tendencies, lifestyle, and overall physical and mental health to uncover the reasons behind their behavior.

By prioritizing emotional well-being, calmness, and engagement, I design positive, real-world training experiences that not only shape better behavior, but also strengthen the bond between dogs and the people who love them.
